Larry is a dedicated and highly skilled Sous Chef with a rich background that blends military precision with culinary passion. Transitioning from the role of Staff Sergeant in the Air Force to a culinary professional, he brings exceptional execution and team development skills to the kitchen. 

A graduate of The Art Institute of Atlanta, Larry has cultivated a deep appreciation for all cuisines.  Chinese and Italian cuisines are his personal favorites, nurtured from a young age by his Great Grandmother who began teaching him how to cook at just six years old. This early exposure sparked a lifelong love for food and the joy it brings to others.

Larry's culinary achievements include winning 1st place at the ACF Chili Cookoff and receiving a prestigious Commander's Coin from the Vice Commander of the Joint Air Defense Force (JADF). Graduating 1st in class at the US Air Force Military Instructor School speaks to his leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.

When not in the kitchen, he enjoys watching anime and diving into cookbooks, constantly seeking inspiration and new ideas to bring joy through food.
